For many years, we have been exporting pharmaceuticals to countries where they are not (or not yet) approved or where there is a supply shortage. These are often pharmaceuticals for the treatment of severe or very rare diseases. As we strictly comply with the European GDP guidelines and have implemented a comprehensive quality management system, we can supply all authorized recipients reliably and quickly.
In search of the desired pharmaceutical, we screen the respective procurement markets in Germany, rest of Europe, and overseas with our in-house developed software. If we found the product, we determine all major parameters, such as availability, expiry date, and required documentation (COA, COO, etc.) and inform our customer accordingly. Of course, the price plays an important role.

We hold an AEO status (Authorized European Operator) and are one of the consignors and consignees authorized by customs.

Temperature-sensitive transports have almost become a standard in our industry. We make sure that refrigerated goods are reliably stored and shipped between 2°C and 8°C and ambient goods between 15°C and 25°C, respectively. With frequent audits of our suppliers and carriers we ensure compliance with these strict requirements.
